When you need a break, take 5. 
When you need to gather your feelings, take 5. 
When you need to gain some patience, take 5. 
When you need some time for you - TAKE 5. 

It’s important to take a deep breath and PAUSE. 

Focus on all the positive things you have going on in your life.

Sometimes all we need to do is take a step back, breathe and realize how truly lucky we really are. We need to remember all that we have. 

Practicing gratitude and giving us a little break can ground us. Bring us back to the present moment. 

 
This is a major reminder to make the much needed time out of your day for YOURSELF. Using your Pop Journal is an amazing way to show yourself some self-love.
